  • Support and training access for up to 20 named users

  • A time bank allocated for change requests 

Premium - $890 p/m

Our premium support package includes:

  • Unlimited ad-hoc phone support sessions (up to 1hour each)

  • 24/7 break-fix support 

  • Monthly customisation changes (with limits)

  • Quarterly system optimisation reviews

  • Support and training access for up to 20 named users

  • A time bank allocated for change requests
